Ingredients:
1 to 2 4-ounce balls burrata cheese
Summer fruit: heirloom tomatoes, ripe peaches, watermelon, cantaloupe or honeydew, berries, etc
1 handful fresh basil leaves and thyme sprigs
Extra virgin olive oil
Chunky sea salt
Watermelon + Blackberry Sangria
1 bottle (750 ml) rose wine, chilled
1/4 cup watermelon schnapps liqueur
1-1/2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 medium lime, thinly sliced
1/2 to 1 cup fresh blackberries, halved
1 can (12 ounces) lemon-lime soda, chilled

Fresh basil or mint leaves

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1 pound dry pasta
